Recipients of scholarships and player of the year honors awarded by the Old-Timers Baseball Association of Portland. Starting in 2012, scholarships were limited to players attending non-NCAA Division I schools because of athletic financial aid considerations. Beginning in 2016, the organization started recognizing NCAA Division I athletes as  "Players of the Year".
